Yes! We offer pickup and delivery. Just book online at washcraftlaundry.ph, pin your exact location on the map, and we'll come to you. No more explaining where you are — our rider navigates right to your pin!

Our team will review and confirm via Facebook or phone. Once confirmed, we'll send you a GCash QR code for the pickup security fee.

No! You can book without an account. But if you create a free account, your details are saved for faster future bookings — and you get a ₱20 welcome voucher automatically!

The pickup security fee is equal to your pickup delivery charge. It is non-refundable and is paid via GCash after we confirm your booking. This fee helps us compensate our rider for traveling to your location. You can still rebook if our rider hasn't left yet.

Once payment is made, the booking is confirmed. Please avoid cancelling after payment as the security fee is non-refundable. However, you can always rebook for another time — as long as our rider has not yet departed to pick up your laundry.

All three are full service — wash, dry, and fold. The difference is:

Premium Wash (₱40/kg): We handle everything — sorting, stain treatment, detergent, fabcon. No waiver needed.

Standard Wash (₱190–₱250/load): You bring your own liquid detergent and fabcon. We wash as received. Waiver required.

Standard Wash Plus (₱245–₱360/load): Same as Standard, but we provide the detergent and fabcon. Waiver required.

For Premium Wash, the final price is based on the actual weight measured at our shop when your laundry arrives — not an estimate. We will confirm the total with you before proceeding. The minimum is 5 kg.

We only accept liquid detergent. Powder detergent is harder to dissolve fully and can leave white residue on clothes. Liquid pods may not dissolve in all water temperatures and can clog machines. Liquid detergent gives the best cleaning results and protects both your clothes and our machines.

Yes! Comforters are ₱300 (Double/Standard) or ₱360 (Queen) per piece. Flatsheets and towels under Premium Wash are charged at ₱60/kg. These can be added to any booking.

We aim for same-day turnaround for most orders. However, depending on the number of orders for the day, it may be next-day delivery. We currently have 2 washers and dryers, and we process each order carefully — never rushed. We'll always keep you updated!

You can indicate your preferred delivery time when booking. We'll do our best to accommodate it, but please allow a 30-minute to 1-hour window as delivery times may vary depending on traffic and order volume. Our rider will keep you updated.

₱20 minimum per trip (pickup or delivery separately).
₱20 per km for the full distance.

Example: 4 km away → ₱80 pickup + ₱80 delivery = ₱160 total.

The exact fee is calculated automatically on our booking page when you pin your location.

Payment for the pickup security fee is via GCash — we'll send you the QR code or number after confirming your booking. Payment for the laundry service itself is settled upon delivery or pickup.
